Returns
We accept returns within 48 hours of delivery for items that are damaged, expired, incorrect or missing. Please share a photo of the item and packaging with your request.
For hygiene and safety reasons, perishable foods, personal care items that have been opened, and baby care products cannot be returned unless they arrived damaged or incorrect.
How to request a return
- Open the order in the Orders tab and tap Need help, or email [email protected].
- Our team confirms the request within one working day.
- Hand the item to the delivery partner on pickup or at the canteen counter.
Refunds
- Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 to 7 working days.
- Cash-on-delivery orders are refunded to your bank account or UPI ID.
- Delivery charges are refunded when the return is due to our error.
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled from the app until they are packed. Prepaid amounts for cancelled orders are refunded in full.
